Nine Palestinians kidnapped by IOF overnight in West Bank

Gaza21June2WEST BANK (PNIC):-The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night and at dawn Sunday kidnapped nine Palestinian citizens from their homes during campaigns in different West Bank areas.

A statement released by the Israeli army said that five wanted Palestinians were arrested by its forces in those campaigns.

The IOF also said that its forces confiscated thousands of shekels belonging to the Palestinian resistance during its campaign in al-Khalil.

According to different local sources, the IOF kidnapped two Palestinian young men during raids on homes in Kobar town, north of Ramallah, as well as three others from Nahalin town and Izza refugee camp in Bethlehem.

The IOF also stormed Umm Saffa town, north of Ramallah, and kidnapped four young men from their homes.

The presence of Israeli soldiers in the town triggered violent clashes with several young men, according to local sources.

One young man reportedly suffered a bullet injury during the events.
