Noor70RAMALLAH (PNIC):-Chairman of the Palestinian Authority (PA) Mahmoud Abbas warned that reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas will not materialize if the PA won’t be responsible of everything in the Gaza Strip.

Speaking at the opening of a meeting for his Fatah Central Committee held in Ramallah, Abbas said “We assured our Egyptian brethren that the bottom line is that if Hamas wants reconciliation, either we will be in charge of everything and be responsible for it, or if they want to take everything, they have to be responsible for the whole thing.”

"This is something that must be made clear in the coming period. Therefore, I say that there must be a meeting of the Central Council next month to discuss all these issues and to take the appropriate measures regarding these situations," he added.
