Bulk384RAMALLAH (PNIC):-Former Palestinian minister of detainees’ affairs Wasfi Qabha has urged the Palestinian people to stand up in the face of Israel’s violations against Palestinian women and prevent any attempt to arrest them in the West Bank.

“The occupation does not respect international agreements and laws, so the Palestinian people are demanded to confront the occupation by all means to prevent it from persisting in detaining women,’ Qabha said in press remarks.

He affirmed that Israel’s detention of Palestinian women is aimed at barring them from playing any role in the Palestinian arena and raising the awareness of their society.

The former minister stressed the need for popular reactions to teach the Israeli occupation state that the freedom of Palestinian woman is a red line that can never be overstepped, slamming the passivity of Palestinian factions and political forces towards Israel’s ongoing violations against Palestinian women.
