Gaza21Apr11AL-KHALIL (PNIC):-Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) in al-Khalil documented testimonials of eight Palestinian prisoners who were subjected to torture at the hands of Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at arrest time.

Head of the Society Amjad al-Najjar said, in an exclusive statement to the PNIC, that IOF has been violating the international laws and Fourth Geneva Convention by practicing systematic violations against the Palestinian detainees.

Such offensive practices are practiced at the time of arrest, right from the moment of breaking into their homes to being taken to jails and detention centers along their transfer journey, Najjar added.

He elaborated that the Israeli violations include brutal beating and insulting as well as causing damages to their belongings while storming and wreaking havoc in their homes using police dogs in addition to leaving prisoners waiting outside their houses under severe cold weather.
