Gaza25Dec1GAZA (PNIC):-A Palestinian teenager was proclaimed dead on Sunday morning after he succumbed to a serious injury he sustained a few days ago during a pro-Jerusalem protest organized in a border area east of the Gaza Strip.

A spokesman for the health ministry in Gaza stated that 17-year-old Mohamed al-Dahduh died of a serious bullet injury in his neck.

A family source also told the (PNIC) that a bullet penetrated the teenager’s neck, causing severe damage to the cervical spine.

The source added that a funeral would be held for him later in the afternoon in al-Zeitun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

This brings the number of Palestinians, who have been killed by Israeli soldiers since the start of the “Jerusalem Freedom” intifada (uprising), to 15 martyrs.
