Abu Snaineh condemns Israeli violations at al-Aqsa

Gaza6Nov16OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PNIC):-Sheikh Yousef Abu Snaineh, preacher of al-Aqsa Mosque, condemned Israeli violations at al-Aqsa and against the Palestinians in general including killings, arrests, incursions, intimidation of civilians, and ill-treatment against prisoners.

In his Friday sermon, he also denounced the Israeli policy of settlement and confiscation of Palestinians’ lands as well as the repeated incursions into al-Aqsa Mosque and tightening security measures at the holy site. He warned of the breakout of tension among the Jerusalemite people as a result of Israeli imposition of high taxes.

Al-Aqsa preacher called on Muslims around the world to bear their responsibilities in defending and frequenting the holy site.

Over 40,000 Palestinians performed Friday prayer coming from Occupied Jerusalem, the Green Line and the West Bank amid tightened security measures by Israeli police.
